This page describes the processing of personal data carried out by M.A.C. ITALY SOC.COOP. A.R.L. (“MAC”), as Data Controller, through the website www.macitaliapelli.it (“Site”).

This information is not valid for third-party websites that may be consulted through links on the Site, for which MAC is in no way responsible.

This Site and the Owner’s services are not intended for children under 18 years of age; the Data Controller does not intentionally collect personal information relating to minors. 2. Processing methods – communication – transfer outside the EU

The processing of personal data will be carried out through electronic and/or telematic tools in compliance with the legal provisions aimed at guaranteeing confidentiality and security, as well as the accuracy, updating and relevance of the data themselves with respect to the aforementioned purposes and the purpose to avoid access and consequent processing by parties not previously authorized.

Without prejudice to communications made in fulfillment of obligations established by laws, regulations or community legislation, the personal data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in relation to specific work tasks, and may be communicated to Authorities or Public Institutions, professionals and companies that they provide services and consultancy (for example in the accounting, tax, legal fields, etc.) to subjects who need access to personal data for the execution of the legal relationship inherent to the processing. In any case, only the personal data necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are collected will be transferred, and this occurs in full compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
The personal data that the Data Controller processes through the Site may be transferred to a non-EU country for the provision of the newsletter service or other services necessary for the functioning of the Site. The transfers will in any case be carried out in compliance with the provisions set out in the articles 44 et seq. of Reg. (EU) 679/2016.

3. Rights of the interested party

By means of a written request addressed to the Data Controller, also through a delegated person, the interested party can (i) obtain access to the personal data to know the origin of the data, the purpose of the processing, the logic applied to the processing with the use of electronic instruments, categories of data, recipients (or categories of recipients) to whom they will be communicated, retention period, and their communication in an intelligible form; (ii) obtain rectification, integration, deletion of data or limitation of processing; (iii) object to the processing of personal data; (iv) obtain data portability, where relevant; (v) withdraw consent at any time; (vi) lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data (https://www.garanteprivacy.it/).
